PATHWAY TO MANHOOD

ROPES Program & Mentorship Camp for Boys (Ages 12–14)

The Karen AGC Rops (Pathway to Manhood) is a three-week mentorship program designed to guide boys through a safe, dignified, and spiritually grounded transition into young manhood.

By combining professional medical care with a rigorous five-pillar mentorship model, we ensure every boy emerges with a clear sense of identity, responsibility, and faith.

This program started in December 2019 with only 12 boys. Up-to date, over 320 young men have successfully been mentored and graduated.

Professional Medical Care

Safety and hygiene are our highest priorities. Circumcision is conducted on-site by a team of highly qualified doctors and nurses. Our medical package includes: Professional surgical procedures in a sterile environment. Daily post-operative follow-up. 24/7 health monitoring throughout the recovery period.

The Five Pillars of Manhood

Our curriculum, “Pathway to Manhood,” is built on a holistic five-pillar model to ensure well-rounded development:

  1. Spiritual Growth: Discovering identity in Christ, biblical values, and the importance of prayer and integrity.
  2. Emotional Maturity: Developing self-awareness, empathy, and the discipline to handle life’s pressures with grace.
  3. Physical Development: Mastery of personal hygiene, fitness routines, and post-procedural body care.
  4. Intellectual Formation: Strengthening critical thinking, academic discipline, and sound decision-making skills.
  5. Social Responsibility: Cultivating respect for elders, teamwork, and a commitment to being a positive influence in society.
